Returns

At ShopiCure, we prioritize your satisfaction with our healthcare products. Our return policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction and provide you with a hassle-free experience. 

You can return the product within Two (2) calendar days if the delivered product is damaged, expired, or different from ordered. To initiate a return, simply contact us via phone or email. We're here to assist you and address any concerns. For a successful return, ensure the item is sent back in its original packaging, as received. Obtain a return authorization from our team before sending the item.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your account (or original method of payment) you will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
